Not sure where to go to lunch, check out our lunch guide here: https://www.openstack.org/summit/denver-2019/lunch-guide Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC): If you are planing to have an EAC (exhibitor appointed contractor)/decorator assist with your set-up in your booth we MUST have your completed EAC form and insurance now. EACs will be allowed into the Marketplace (Expo) during Sunday and Monday set-up hours ONLY. They will NOT have access to the Marketplace (Expo)during Summit hours.If your EAC is not on our list they will NOT be allowed in Marketplace. Please instruct your EAC to pick-up their wristband at the Sponsor Assistance counter at registration. Event & Start-up Booth Restrictions: Your footprint on the expo floor is a 6.5ft x 6.5ft space. Full racks or equipment equal in size are not permitted. Removing the 6ft table is not allowed. 8ft x 8ft or 10ft x 10ft pop-up booth are NOT permitted and will be removed from the expo floor. Outbound Shipping: If you have materials that need to be shipped out from the Summit please stop by the Sponsor Service Shipping Counter before Load-out on Wednesday, May 1. Open Infrastructure Summit Denver: Onsite Meeting Room available

Hello Summit Sponsors! We have (1) onsite meeting room available to rent by the hour during the Open Infrastructure Summit Denver. You may now book room in advance, up to 3 hours per day, per company. The Room will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Details are below. Payment must be received within 24-hours of the request to secure the room or it will be released. Open Infrastructure Summit Denver: Booth Staff Credential Reminder

Dear Open Infrastructure Summit Denver Sponsors, Friendly reminder that the deadline to enter booth staff names in the FNTECH Sponsor Services portal is this Friday, April 19. Note: Sponsor Registration Codes must be redeemed no later than 11:59pm Pacific Time on Friday, April 19. To avoid problems onsite, please read these important details regarding Marketplace access during the Open Infrastructure Summit Denver. BOOTH STAFF CREDENTIALS: In order to get into the OpenStack Marketplace before or after regular hours, employees ARE REQUIRED to have the “Booth Staff Credential" on their Summit badge to get past security. To get this extra credential, their name must be entered into your FNTECH account and they must be registered to attend the Summit via Eventbrite. Entering someone’s name on the FNTECH portal does NOT register them for the Summit. Please register them through Eventbrite AND add their name into the FNTECH Sponsor Portal.
