Hi there - First, thank you for sponsoring the upcoming OpenStack Summit in Berlin - we are very excited to kick things off in 2 weeks! Like in previous Summits, the OpenStack Foundation would like to help you promote your news. This can range from partnerships, customer stories, product launches / updates and other general news that you may be announcing at the Summit. If you have a press release or case study that you would like us to promote, please share with me directly as soon as possible. We are happy to keep embargoed news private until any date that you mention. Hello Summit Sponsors! We have onsite meeting rooms available to rent by the hour during the OpenStack Summit in Berlin. You may now book rooms in advance, up to 3 hours per day, per company. Rooms will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Details are below. If you would like to book the meeting space, please respond to this email with your preferred times. I will follow up to confirm the times and payment details. Payment must be received within 24-hours of the request to secure the room or it will be released. OpenStack Summit Berlin: Booth Staff Credential Reminder

Dear OpenStack Summit Berlin Sponsors, Friendly reminder that the deadline to enter booth staff names in the FNTECH Sponsor Services portal is Monday, November 5. Note: Sponsor Registration Codes must be redeemed no later than 11:59pm Pacific Time on November 2 (November 3, 6:59 UTC). To avoid problems onsite, please read these important details regarding Marketplace access during the OpenStack Summit Berlin. BOOTH STAFF CREDENTIALS: In order to get into the OpenStack Marketplace before or after regular hours, employees ARE REQUIRED to have the “Booth Staff Credential" on their Summit badge to get past security. To get this extra credential, their name must be entered into your FNTECH account and they must be registered to attend the Summit via Eventbrite. Entering someone’s name on the portal does not register them for the Summit. Please register them thru Eventbrite AND add them into the FNTECH Sponsor Portal. To add some fun to the Summit, Deutsche Telekom has hired a party planning company to plan a pub crawl on the second night of the Summit, Wednesday, November 14. Please note, this is not an official party planned by the OpenStack Foundation. The pub crawl will be called Meet & Geek. All attendees will be invited, however, the more sponsors who support the party, the more attendees will be able to attend for little to no cost. Last Call: Don't Miss out OpenStack Sumit Berlin OpenInfra Mixer

Dear OpenStack Summit Berlin Sponsors, As many of you know, OpenStack is planning an OpenInfra Mixer in the Marketplace on Tuesday evening, 13 November from 18:00 — 19:30 to welcome all attendees to the OpenStack Summit Berlin. This is a social gathering to kick-off the week. All sponsors are required to staff their booth during this event but it is optional to provide refreshments. There will be a soft close in the Marketplace from 16:45 — 17:45 for Sponsors to get set-up for the Mixer. Only attendees/staff with the proper Booth staff credentials will be permitted in the Markpetplace during this time. Refreshments: We suggest that you plan on serving a minimum of 200 people, as we expect 2,000+ attendees to pass through the Marketplace during the Mixer. The more refreshments you serve, the more opportunities you naturally have to interact with the attendees. Attached you will find a selection of available food and beverage items from Capital Catering, exclusive caterer for CityCube. There will be 19% VAT added to all orders. Please note if you order draught beer (page 4) or hot food (page 9) you must order the additional power required for these items through FNTECH Sponsor Portal. To avoid duplication between sponsors, OpenStack must APPROVE your participation and the item(s) being served.
