Dear OpenStack Summit Berlin Sponsors, As many of you know, OpenStack is planning an OpenInfra Mixer in the Marketplace on Tuesday evening, 13 November from 18:00 — 19:30 to welcome all attendees to the OpenStack Summit Berlin. This is a social gathering to kick-off the week. All sponsors are required to staff their booth during this event but it is optional to provide refreshments. There will be a soft close in the Marketplace from 16:45 — 17:45 for Sponsors to get set-up for the Mixer. Only attendees/staff with the proper Booth staff credentials will be permitted in the Markpetplace during this time. Refreshments: We suggest that you plan on serving a minimum of 200 people, as we expect 2,000+ attendees to pass through the Marketplace during the Mixer. The more refreshments you serve, the more opportunities you naturally have to interact with the attendees. Attached you will find a selection of available food and beverage items from Capital Catering, exclusive caterer for CityCube. There will be 19% VAT added to all orders. Please note if you order draught beer (page 4) or hot food (page 9) you must order the additional power required for these items through FNTECH Sponsor Portal. To avoid duplication between sponsors, OpenStack must APPROVE your participation and the item(s) being served. Please send your request to Sarah Krawiecki [sarah(a)fntech.com<mailto:sarah@fntech.com>] by Friday, 12 October, and specifically list which items you would like to serve. (Items will be available on a first come, first requested basis). Once your request is confirmed, Sarah will provide you with the name and contact info of your onsite catering contact.
