Hi everyone, The main conference schedule for the upcoming OpenStack Summit in Austin <https://www.openstack.org/summit/austin-2016/> is now available! SCHEDULE: https://www.openstack.org/summit/austin-2016/summit-schedule/ <https://www.openstack.org/summit/austin-2016/summit-schedule/> SPEAKER NOTIFICATIONS If you submitted a talk - check your email. Everyone who submitted a speaking proposal for the Summit will soon receive an email notification to let them know whether or not their talk is accepted. The email sent to selected speakers was sent from speakersupport(a)openstack.org <mailto:speakersupport@openstack.org> and contains important next steps and their speaker registration code. Each speaker is responsible for registering themselves to attend the Summit. Please make sure your colleagues read the email and complete this step. MOBILE APP In mid April the schedule mobile app will also be available for download. We will notify the community at that time. Contact summit(a)openstack.org with any questions. See you in Austin! The submission deadline is February 6, 2017 at 11:59PM PDT (February 7, 2017 at 6:59 UTC). Reminder: Proposed sessions must indicate a format: Panel, presentation or lightning talk. Each format has a maximum number of speakers associated. Panels are allowed a total of four speakers plus one moderator, whereas presentations and lightning talks are limited to two speakers. Hi all, If you run OpenStack, please take a few minutes to respond to the latest User Survey or pass it along to your friends. This is the ninth survey, but if you're new what you can expect are: * a few basic questions—how and why do you work with OpenStack, what do you like about it, and where can we improve? (5-10mins) * a more detailed set of questions that helps us understand your cloud so we can provide feedback to development teams (10mins) The deadline to fill out the survey is February 20 at 23:59 UTC. Start the survey now: https://www.openstack.org/user-survey If you answered the survey last time, you won't need to start from scratch. Just log back in to update your deployment profile. All of the information you provide is confidential to the Foundation and User Committee and will be aggregated anonymously unless you specifically allow us to make it public.
