Sent from my mobile For those attending the board meeting Monday. The two doors circled in green on the attached screenshot show you which doors will be open for the Board Meeting participants tomorrow. Doors will open at 7:30am. I’ve also attached the complete Board Map for a birds eye view. The CCIB main entrances are a little confusing because they are loaded on the backside which is the beach-side of the building (not the street side where one would normally think to enter). Once inside the CCIB there will be way finders and signage to get folks to the correct room for the meeting. Please share this with the board. Thanks! Claire

OpenStack Board, The OpenStack UX project and Intel have produced three booklets for the Barcelona OpenStack Summit based on our work over the past six months. Call for Agenda Items for the August 23 OpenStack Board Meeting

Directors, I wanted to give a bit early heads up. There is potential that the October F2F board meeting agenda could be filled with items that have to be saved for a F2F (memberships, etc). Please send me items that you would like and can be done at our August 23 board call to help alleviate October agenda 'squish'. Call for Presentations NOW OPEN- OpenStack Summit Barcelona October 2016

Hi Everyone- The Call for Presentations is NOW OPEN <https://www.openstack.org/summit/barcelona-2016/call-for-speakers/> for the upcoming OpenStack Summit in Barcelona, October 25-28! Hurry - the submission deadline is July 13th at 11:59pm PST (July 14th at 6:59 UTC). Details on the selection process and track chair information can be found here <https://www.openstack.org/summit/barcelona-2016/call-for-speakers/selection…>. June 17th is the deadline for track chair nominations. New: Proposed sessions must indicate a format: Panel or Presentation. Each format has a maximum number of speakers associated. Panels are allowed a total of four speakers plus one moderator, whereas Presentations are limited to two speakers. As a reminder, speakers are limited to a maximum of three presentation submissions total. REGISTRATION Registration is now open <https://openstacksummit2016barcelona.eventbrite.com/>. Purchase your discounted early bird passes now. Prices will increase in early September. SPONSORSHIP SALES Sponsorship sales will open Wednesday, June 15, at 8:00am PST (15:00 UTC). All sponsorships will be sold on a first-come basis determined by the time stamp on completed electronic agreements.
