Directors, I would like to suggest the following dates/times for 2017 board meetings. I picked these dates mostly from avoiding conflicts with other industry related events. Please let me know the collisions I've missed. Jan 31, 1 -3pm pacific - conf call Feb 24, All day F2F at PTG, Atlanta April 11, 7-9am pacific - conf call May 12, All day F2F at Boston Summit June 20, 1-3pm pacific - conf call August 22, 7-9am pacific - conf call September XX, All day F2F at PTG October 3, 1-3pm pacific - conf call November 9, All day F2F at Sydney Summit December 5, 7-9am pacific - conf call Don't put these on your calendar yet. More refinement is needed. For example I haven't coordinated with the Foundation staff for the Summit and PTG schedules. Thanks, AlanClark

Hi Everyone- The Call for Presentations is NOW OPEN <https://www.openstack.org/summit/boston-2017/call-for-presentations/> for the upcoming OpenStack Summit in Boston, May 8-11th! Hurry - the submission deadline is February 6, 2017 at 11:59PM PDT (February 7, 2017 at 6:59 UTC). If you are interested in becoming a track chair or nominating a colleague, the details on the selection process and track chair information can be found here <https://www.openstack.org/summit/boston-2017/call-for-presentations/selecti…>. January 18th is the deadline for track chair nominations <https://openstackfoundation.formstack.com/forms/openstack_summit_boston2017…>. Reminder: Proposed sessions must indicate a format: Panel or presentation. Each format has a maximum number of speakers associated. Panels are allowed a total of four speakers plus one moderator, whereas presentations are limited to two speakers. As a reminder, speakers are limited to a maximum of three submissions total.
