Hi Lloyd,

Thanks for being interested in the board's efforts. 
As the minutes are an official record it is important that they be reviewed and approved by the board before being posted.  It's not a timely process, but is necessary to help ensure that the board actions are reflected accurately in the official record.  And yes, we will definitely get more proficient going forward.
