It's not a timely process, but is necessary to help ensure that the board actions are reflected accurately in the official record. And yes, we will definitely get more proficient going forward.
Thanks for the response. I've received a handful of thanks from
outside my org for asking the question again including from two people
I haven't previously had an opportunity to collaborate with. These
people like me desire more communication.
What is the ETA? Why is this process opaque? What are the blocking
issues? How can I or other members of the Foundation help?
The disconnect to me is as of today two additional Board meetings will
have taken place. It would seem prudent that the Foundation have a
clear record of previous meetings before the board holds each meeting.
