Hi Alan,

Thanks for the response. I've received a handful of thanks from
outside my org for asking the question again including from two people
I haven't previously had an opportunity to collaborate with. These
people like me desire more communication.

What is the ETA? Why is this process opaque? What are the blocking
issues? How can I or other members of the Foundation help?

The disconnect to me is as of today two additional Board meetings will
have taken place. It would seem prudent that the Foundation have a
clear record of previous meetings before the board holds each meeting.
