[openstack-community] Chinese Ask OpenStack

Hello,

I am one of OpenStack Korea user group organizers.

On the other hand, I really wanted to open ask.o.o for Korean
(e.g., ask.openstack.org/ko/questions ) but I am not familiar how I can
create or request this site.

Korea user group mainly uses Facebook and I think so several questions
seem to be repeated.
In this situation, Korean ask.o.o is the best solution for the people
whose primary language is Korean, not English.

There are not only developers who are rather familiar with English but
also operators and even
OpenStack first learners whose primary language is not English.
(That's why OpenStack i18n team always tries to make OpenStack
ubiquitous globally I think.)

IMO 'many handy ways to communicate' in China as Ye Lu mentioned would
be one of main reasons why there is less usage on ask.o.o/zh.
I agree that local communication ways are important, but more
encouraging local members
to communicate in OpenStack ways (e.g., IRC, ask.o.o, wiki.o.o, ...) is
also important I think.
So my general idea is to support more languages on ask.o.o, and
encourage more OpenStack members to use ask.o.o globally.

How about the user groups from other countries?
I would like to listen to other user group members for this topic.

With many thanks,

/Ian
