Open Stack

Hi Stefano,

Thank you and the other reviewers so far for your time.
I will update the description properly, this list came as a request from 
the local user group members.
It's mainly intented to serve as a place for technical discussion on 
OpenStack deployment, operation and development for the local community.
Of course, this depends from the local community members.
Another thing that i will make clear is that it is meant to be used by 
any greek speaking OpenStacker and not limited to the members of the 
local group.
