That's only a minor objective. The most important part of that
requirement is to encourage group leaders to build a culture of
collaboration. The basic idea is that teams are more resilient to
leadership burnouts. So in general, groups lead by a team are
preferrable to groups lead by one individual.

In your particular case, Nicolae, you've bee doing a great job and I'm
quite sure the group would pass all the tests. I would still encourage
you to find others to help you out carrying the group forward.
