I would suggest to put https://ask.openstack.org in maintenance mode in
one of these two slots for 3-4 hours:

- Wednesday (tomorrow) at 9:30am PDT
- Monday April 6th, 10am PDT

or some other day after that, although I prefer to finish this task
sooner than later.
