There was some preference expressed for Monday when I brought it up
in the Infrastructure meeting. Since it's a business holiday in many
parts of the World, few people are likely to notice if it's offline
for a little while. I'll prepare on the assumption we're switching
to the new server Monday April 6th, 17:00 UTC (10am PDT).
