VISA APPLICATION PROCESS
If you require a visa to travel to Japan, please carefully read the instructions here <https://www.openstack.org/summit/tokyo-2015/tokyo-and-travel/#visa>. The visa application process is much lengthier and more complex than at the last Summits and you will need to have booked your flights and hotel accommodation before applying for a visa. 

TRAVEL SUPPORT PROGRAM
If you are unable to attend the Tokyo Summit due to financial barriers, please considering applying for the OpenStack Travel Support Program. The goal of the program is to ensure contributors whose presence is specifically relevant for topics discussed at the Summit are able to attend.
