Hi Everyone,

Below are details regarding the next OpenStack Summit that will take place in Paris, November 3-7.

The Paris Sponsorship Prospectus is now available HERE   

Please carefully read the prospectus, the how to become a sponsor page and plan to join the Summit sponsor overview webinar at 11:00am CDT on July 9. If you have any sponsorship questions - the webinar is the ideal time to ask.

If your company did NOT previously sponsor one of the Summits in Atlanta, Hong Kong or Portland then you will need to sign the Master Sponsorship Agreement BEFORE you sign the Paris Summit Sponsorship Agreement. If your company has any overdue balances owed to the OpenStack Foundation then you will not be eligible to sign the Paris Summit Sponsorship Agreement until all overdue balances are paid in full. 

The executable Paris Sponsorship Agreement will be made available for signature at 11:00am CDT on July 17. Please mark your calendars and plan to sign the agreement as soon as possible once it is made available. The sponsorship opportunities are limited and the top tier levels tend to sell-out very quickly.  Due to production deadlines, September 19 is the final day when sponsorship contracts will be accepted. 

By the end of this week we will open the Call for Speakers portal at openstack.org/summit. Please encourage your colleagues to submit a presentation for the Paris Summit. The Call for Speakers will only be open for one month - so please act quickly!

Discounted hotel room blocks will soon be made available at both the Le Meridien Etoile and Hyatt Regency Etoile hotels. Please check back at openstack.org/summit in the next couple of weeks for direct links to reserve hotel rooms.
