Open Stack

Hi all,  SUSE has generously donated a booth (#340) and marketing support to the OpenStack Foundation at [http://www.cloudcomputingexpo.com/] Cloud Expo East 2013 in NYC's Javits Convention Center June 10-13.  This event attracts senior technologists including CIOs, CTOs, directors of infrastructure, VPs of technology, IT directors and managers, network and storage managers, network engineers, enterprise architects, and communications and networking specialists.  This year, Cloud Expo combines Cloud and Big Data, both on the Expo floor and in the sessions. 
 
As usual, we're looking for several booth volunteers.  I will be there for setup/teardown and the entire show.  Please reply if you can help out during these hours, and whether or not you require a pass:

 Monday, June 10, 6:30-8pm (reception)

Tuesday, June 11, 10am-12:30pm, 3-5:30pm

Wednesday, June 12, 10am-12:30pm, 3-5:30pm

Thursday, June 13, 10am-12:30pm, 2:30-5pm
Many OpenStack companies are sponsors of this event.  We would like to offer the following marketing visibility to OpenStack members,corporate sponsors and supporters, as based on [http://www.openstack.org/foundation/companies/] http://www.openstack.org/foundation/companies/.  Please reply to [mailto:kathyc at openstack.org] kathyc at openstack.org with your interest in these activities by the dates provided.  We're on a short runway for this event; late requests may not be accommodated.
Passport-style stamp card with participating logos and booth numbers of OpenStack companies.  Cards with the most number of stamps will be entered into a drawing for 2 Samsung tablets.  Drawing will take place at 4pm June 13 in the OpenStack booth (last day of Expo; open till 5pm).  No charge to participate - just send your logo, booth number, and company name as you want it listed by Tuesday, May 28.
"OpenStack to the Core" tabletop banner designed expressly for OpenStack companies to proudly display your affiliation with OpenStack in your booth.  These will be distributed during setup hours on June 10 and picked up at the end of the show on June 13.  Please reply interested, with the on-site person's name who will be responsible for the banner by June 12.  Limit of 25 available.
We *may* have the ability to feature a few demos or 10 minute presentations at our booth throughout the event.  There is no theater; it would be people gathered around a large monitor in the booth. Presentations and demos must represent OpenStack (only) and be informative.  This is not firm yet but please let me know if you are interested by May 28. 
Platinum and Gold members' logos will be featured on a 6' banner in the OpenStack booth, fyi.
