[Foundation Board] Proposed times for meeting with projects

I suspect Tuesday September 6th, between 16:00-17:00 UTC is likely the
best possibility. Generally, Tuesdays seem to be best for board
members.

If nobody screams in objection in the next few hours, I can send out a
calendar invite today.
