Please help us survey as a many openstack users as possible by February 20th!

The deployment section is the most important, as it helps the community understand how people are deploying openstack. If your company is part of the ecosystem, I recommend having as many of your customer as possible fill it out to best represent the mix of deployments in the market using your products.

Several of the questions were provided by PTLs to help inform discussions at next week’s PTG, so please help us get the word out!
