Open Stack

A big thanks to Mark for leading the discussion at the March meeting and for summarizing the results.  

Board members we'd like to continue on these discussions and develop some next steps.  Most likely we will need to hold the discussions at the May board meeting.  April is looking pretty full. But I propose that in May we start the discussion by looking at the proposed actions that Mark has in his summary and then develop some next steps.
