Open Stack

Hello everyone!

We had a discussion about the ongoing CCLA/ICLA/DCO work at the
Vancouver board meeting.  I think most people came out of that feeling
like there was a pretty good plan in place.  Since then I've received
some questions for clarification and status on that plan.

Is the plan written down anywhere public that interested people can
refer to?  If not, who would be best to capture it?

This may also be a useful thing to put on the agenda for the board
meeting in July.  I don't expect a long discussion, hopefully just a
status update.
