[openstack-community] Come meet the global community organizers!

Hi All

I'm an organizer of the Korea User Group.

Thanks, Helena for hosting the community meeting.
There are very few opportunities to meet user group organizers from
other countries, but I hope this meeting will allow everyone to feel
that we are a global community.

Can't wait for the meeting!
