[openstack-community] Come meet the global community organizers!

Hi All,

I have received some requests to move the community meeting, so we will do it an hour earlier on December 1 at 1400 UTC. 

I have setup an ether pad to also take some notes in during the meeting for those unable to make it. Please feel free to add anything you would like to the discussion list. There are a couple more administartive things I have added to the list, but overall I want this to be a time to mingle and get to know the other community organizers.
