Open Stack

Hi everyone,

With vagrant I created ubuntu18 image with devstack installed.
I try to run test tempest.api.compute.volumes.test_attach_volume.AttachVolumeTestJSON.test_attach_detach_volume with tempest.
Unfortunately I get error:

I think that reason is that I don't have driect ssh access to vm, because with "it netns exec" I can connect to instance.
Do you know how local.conf should look like before devtsack installation?
