I am glad you found the #canstack irc freenode channel and were able to 
join for the last portion of the meeting.

Thanks for your feedback on your experience trying to connect to 
bluejeans.com. I hope that you will continue to idle in #canstack so 
that we can discuss other options for communication and include testing 
on your environment so that we do a better job next time.

I appreciate your passion for trying to join us and I am sorry that your 
first impression was fraught with challenges. Hopefully, with your help, 
we can do a better job for others.
