Hi everyone, For anyone headed to FOSDEM next week, I wanted to let you know of a few opportunities to connect with the OpenInfra community! A few of the European OpenInfra Meetup organizers have collaborated to organize a happy hour on Saturday, February 4th at Rooster’s [1] co-sponsored by Sardina Systems and the OpenInfra Foundation. Hello Team We are a public cloud provider based on Openstack. We are working to create Autoscaling with aodh and senlin in Kolla-ansible Openstack Wallaby release. We are facing an issue as ceilometer does not support metrics for senlin cluster as a resource. Hi everyone! FOSDEM is less than a month away, and we hope to catch you there! The OpenInfra Foundation is partnering with Sardina Systems [1] to host a meetup Saturday, February 4 at 19:00 for a post-FOSDEM beer and catch-up. Come chat with folks from the OpenStack, StarlingX, Zuul and Kata Containers communities. Join us for a beer, get some swag and meet the community at Rooster’s [2] near the Brussels’ city center! This is a meetup being co-organized between the user groups in France, the DACH region, Belgium, and The Netherlands. Hi All, I have received some requests to move the community meeting, so we will do it an hour earlier on December 1 at 1400 UTC. I have setup an ether pad to also take some notes in during the meeting for those unable to make it. Please feel free to add anything you would like to the discussion list. Hello everyone! There have been a few requests to host a community meeting for user group organizers and OpenInfra/OpenStack day organizers to meet each other. So I want to work on getting something together! I am looking at December 1 at 1500 UTC for the community meeting. Please let me know if there are any major conflicts with that date/time. If this time/date works for everyone I will follow up with some more details on the community meeting. As we look forward to 2023, I would like to get a head count of how many OpenInfra Days/cross-community events we can expect. If you are an organizer planning one of these events for 2023 please let me know. Knowing this ahead of time helps the OpenInfra Foundation make sure we are prepared to support the event to our fullest extent. Moreover, as you decide on dates for these events, please keep in mind the dates of other OpenInfra Days events in regions neighboring your own. Having multiple OpenInfra Days planned within a few weeks of each other helps us make sure we can accommodate travel for as many Foundation staff members as possible to attend.
