Dear OpenStack Community, Happy new year to you all! We would like to announce that our second meetup for Vietnam OpenStack Community will be held at Marcel Dasault, Francophone Institute for Informatics (IFI-VNU) on 4th January, 2013. Meetup 2 will especially welcome the presence of Mr. Do Hoang Khanh, a senior IT expert who is passionate about open source movement. He has also attended the OpenStack Summit last October in San Diego. In this event, he will share with the attendants his OpenStack experience. The proposed agenda is as below: Location: Marcel Dasault, Francophone Institute for Informatics (IFI-VNU) Time: 5 - 9pm; 04/01/2013 Objective: Review recent activities of Vietnam OpenStack Community and discuss OpenStack business opportunities at Business Management Level. Snack and drinks will be served during the meetup and dinner is offered by DTT Technology after the Event. [openstack-community] Requesting volunteers to staff the OpenStack booth at the Open Compute Project Summit

Hi everyone, I am the relatively new OpenStack Foundation industry events planner. I'll post this kind of request for community support for events from time to time. The Open Compute Project has provided OpenStack with a very nice 10' x 10' booth at the OCP Summit January 16-17 2013, at the Santa Clara Convention Center in California. The Foundation staff cannot attend, unfortunately. We're looking for volunteers to staff the booth. The Expo Hall is open both days from 8am - 6pm with peak times over breaks and lunch. Volunteers will have full conference access to attend keynotes, sessions, and evening cocktail party in addition to speaking with potential developers and users in the booth. We will provide everything needed (except travel expenses) including videos for the large monitor, collateral, OpenStack logo'd backdrop and more. [openstack-community] Cyprus Openstack community: Need help to prepare for a presentation

Hello everyone, I have been invited from some organizations in Cyprus to go and give a presentation about Openstack. I attended the EMEA Openstack conference in London and I really like the slides that Jonathan Bryce and Jim Curry did. I would love to get their slides if possible. Do you know how can I do this since I don't have their emails. My audience will be people that are interested in technologies. So I will need to introduce Openstack to them.
