Everyone who submitted a speaking proposal for the Summit will soon receive an email notification to let them know whether or not their talk is accepted. The email sent to selected speakers was sent from speakersupport(a)openstack.org <mailto:speakersupport@openstack.org> and contains important next steps and their speaker registration code. Each speaker is responsible for registering themselves to attend the Summit. Please make sure your colleagues read the email and complete this step. [openstack-community] Announcing the Non-ATC Recognition Working Group

Hi everyone, We had some great discussion on the mailing lists on how to recognize operators and other contributors in the OpenStack community who don't qualify for ATC (Active Technical Contributor) status earlier this month[1]. We revisited this topic at the last User Committee meeting[2] and decided to start a short-term working group with one objective: to help define the User Committee constituency. This will help us determine who should be included in the {not yet named} contributor program by the User Committee and how to qualify. Maish and I volunteered to help start the conversations, document the decisions, and provide updates on the outcome to the User Committee. We have created a wiki[3] for this new working group (which will be disbanded once we have reached our objective) and there is an active doodle poll[4] to determine the time for our weekly meeting, which will be held in an IRC channel. The poll shows the start dates as this week but the please just vote for the day/time (not date) since we will not begin our meeting until next week (week of 4/4). Please volunteer if you want to help us develop the membership definition for this new designation. The user committee will have a lot more work ahead of them to fully build out a new charter and/or program but this activity will be extremely helpful as a foundational building block. Hi, Working on single node architecture OpenStack kilo. Install Zaqar for multi-tenant messaging as a service and install MongoDB for local database server. To check multi-tenant messaging service in openstack, I create 3 different projects and assigned 3 different users. When I am creating a queue for "Project A" with its token id and project id,the other "tenants B,C" are getting the tenant A queue information. If tenant A is creating the queue and sending the messages means only tenant A should see its own queues and messages but others tenants should not see the tenant A information. What are the privacy rules so that the tenants should not see the other tenants queues information. Did anyone got the same issue? Kindly help me on this issue. Hi Rocky, The plan is to start the meeting next week. I created the poll so that people can pick days of the week and times that will work best for them. I apologize for any confusion caused by the dates, the meeting will actually start *next week* and will be scheduled for the best day/time. I hope this helps! [openstack-community] I need some help getting my user group listed on the OpenStack.org website

Hello OpenStack Community, My apologies if I am sending this to the wrong alias but I really need some help with promoting my User Group via the OpenStack.org website 1. I was told by our OpenStack Ambassador Kenneth Hui that the OpenStack Central Florida User Group was an official User Group back in September of 2015. Our Meetup group is now 122 Members strong and growing, but we are not on the OpenStack.org website. This is really starting to become an issue because I already had one vendor I was trying to get to speak to the group question if we are an Official User Group. Can you please point me to someone who can get my group listed on the website? 2. Our next meeting is Wednesday March 30th, and a Solutions Architect from Chef is coming into to deliver a overview of Chef and how it can be used as a tool to provision applications and infrastructure to an OpenStack Cloud.
