*NEW* COMMUNITY PARTY SPONSOR PROSPECTUS <https://www.openstack.org/assets/austin-summit/TuesdayCommunityEveningEvent.pdf>
On Tuesday evening, April 26, we will host an Official Community Evening Event designed to fully immerse attendees in the best of what Austin has to offer. The party encompasses a buyout of 17 bar/restaurant venues and many food trucks on Rainey Street, which is located a short 4 minute walk from the Austin Convention Center. Each venue will have it’s own engaging theme, live entertainment, food/beverage and unique giveaway items - all of which are included in the base sponsorship price. The overall party capacity will range between 2,500 to 4,000 attendees - which is fully dependent on the quantity of sponsor companies that participate. Each Headline and Premier level sponsor of the party will “own” their own branded bar/restaurant venue, can provide early access to their own list of VIPs and following the event will receive the complete party registration list which will include the basic contact information for several thousand people. Full party sponsor details with descriptions of each venue and branding themes can be found HERE <https://www.openstack.org/assets/austin-summit/TuesdayCommunityEveningEvent.pdf> and on pages 21-26 of the full Summit Prospectus. We strongly encourage you to sponsor the community party and help us create an unforgettable experience in Austin!
