Hi Sylvain,

The best way, to ask group organisers to add their own user groups, and
rename the OpenStack France to OpenStack Paris. They need to login to the
portal with their openstack.org accounts and submit a new group
registration request. For the France group Erwan is assigned as an
Organiser, but originally Pierre Fraund was enlisted there, he need to
login first, and join to that group, and me or Erwan can give him an
organiser role.
