Hello All,

In the Dashboard, local_settings.py, the EMAIL related settings are
enabled but not working.

To confirm the 'python+django+email' settings, i did check with
django's send_mail() function and it worked fine.

Someone has also asked the question which is related to this but i was
not able to continue that thread. (don't know)  - Thread name 'Re:
Create new Public User'

My goal is to send mail to users when create/delete/modify the instance.

Please give some suggestions.. Python is very new to me but i will try...
