NEW for the Denver Summit 2019:
Formerly the OpenStack Summit, we’ve evolved the brand to recognize our diverse audience, and to signal to the market that the event is relevant for all IT infrastructure decision makers.
In addition to OpenStack, you’ll see the new pilot projects —including Airship, Kata Containers, StarlingX and Zuul —front and center alongside Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker, Cloud Foundry and many more.
We’re happy to offer new discounted pricing for Foundation Members & Sponsors in recognition of their ongoing support.
We’re once again co-locating the Summit & Project Teams Gathering (collaborative event for contributors) in the same week and venue. The Summit will run Monday - Wednesday, and the Project Teams Gathering will run Thursday - Saturday.

To make sure you are ready to sign as a sponsor, I have outlined the steps below. I would be happy to answer any questions or entertain your ideas.

Step 1
Review the Sponsorship Prospectus <https://www.openstack.org/assets/summits/denver-2019/Denver-Summit-Sponsor-Prospectus.pdf>. 

Step 2 
New Sponsors
If you are a company who has never sponsored the Summit before, then you will need to sign the Master Event Sponsorship Agreement <https://openstack.na1.echosign.com/public/esignWidget?wid=CBFCIBAA3AAABLblqZhCa_zm_G9pRITOxuRWvvQ7IG0vHm89nDMhmFcp_RZmEaDMd72dUWcZqo6Vp8QSlg8k*>. 

Returning Sponsors
This past month, we have added a couple additions to our Master Event Sponsorship Agreement so we ask all returning sponsors to sign a one time amendment to the Master Event Sponsorship Agreement. You can sign that amendment electronically now <https://openstack.na1.echosign.com/public/esignWidget?wid=CBFCIBAA3AAABLblqZhCCiRhXOPXhcZdrvm2WbQ5SS_BmnTxv7U1jnPYar-flOJgaMTuMOI46GHbDEFfFpus*>. You will need to know the date that you previously signed the Master Event Sponsorship Agreement as this is required for the amendment as well as the Denver Summit sponsor contract. If you are unsure of the date you signed, please check this document <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1rxn2AXqG0uwwdbmNMd6R0QhAzoM_5vJXzTj6UIzMZ6I/edit?usp=sharing>. 

Step 3
Sign the Denver Summit Sponsor Contract. This contract will be available at 11:00am CST on December 12 on our Summit sponsor page <https://www.openstack.org/summit/denver-2019/sponsors/>.

Please note: All Summit sponsorships are sold on a first come, first served basis.

All Platinum members, Gold members, and Corporate Sponsors will receive this special price.
