Open Stack

Hi everyone,

Sponsorship sales for the upcoming OpenStack Summit in Boston will open in ONE HOUR - at 10:00am CST (16:00 UTC). As always, all sponsorships are sold on a first-come, first-served basis determined by timestamp on the signed electronic agreement. 

To make sure you are fully prepared to sign the Boston contract, please review the Sponsorship Prospectus <https://www.openstack.org/assets/boston-summit/Boston-Sponsorship-Prospectus.pdf> and decide which sponsorship levels and add-ons you are interested in. 

Also, if you have not already done so, you will need to first sign the Master Event Sponsorship Agreement <https://openstack.na1.echosign.com/public/esignWidget?wid=CBFCIBAA3AAABLblqZhBX6JiuUVqJJvmrk4X3JZFFjTitBAd4s9b-5V6SB4JpeXa-_9tGrms1ixxVYPEAQaA*>. (Note: If you previously sponsored either the Barcelona, Austin, Tokyo, Vancouver, Paris, Atlanta, Hong Kong, or Portland Summits then you've already completed this step. You'll just need to know the date when you signed it previously, as this information will be required in the Boston contract. If you do not know the date when you previously signed the Master Sponsorship agreement please check this document <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1rxn2AXqG0uwwdbmNMd6R0QhAzoM_5vJXzTj6UIzMZ6I/edit?usp=sharing> or email summit at openstack.org.)

Full details of the sponsorship signing process are outlined on the website here <https://www.openstack.org/summit/boston-2017/sponsors/#how-to-sponsor>. Once you execute the Boston Summit contract you will receive a confirmation email from Echosign, you must click the link in that email to complete the signing process. Don’t forget that last step! If you have any overdue balances owed to the Foundation then these must be paid in full before you sign the Summit contract.

NEW FOR THIS SUMMIT -- November 2017 Sydney Summit sponsorship packages will be available in the Boston Summit agreement. If you are interested in sponsoring both 2017 OpenStack Summits (Boston & Sydney), make sure to check out page 4 of the Boston Summit Sponsorship Prospectus <https://www.openstack.org/assets/boston-summit/Boston-Sponsorship-Prospectus.pdf> for a special 15% discount on Sydney Summit sponsorship packages (*Only applies to companies who sponsor both 2017 OpenStack Summits).
