I would like to update you on the Mellanox announcement this week for our OpenStack support (attached).


•                    Mellanox is enabling optimized cloud and OpenStack solutions that deliver the best application performance with hardware based acceleration for messaging, network traffic, and storage.

•                    Mellanox is the first company to incorporate the OpenFlow open source agent on its adapter card to enable full support of OpenFlow 1.0 .

We are working on an installation document to provide our customers with a full recipe for building End-to-End interconnect OpenStack based cloud solution.

Hello OpenStack Marketing Contacts,  As outlined in the inaugural marketing conference call in January, we'd like to offer your organizations the opportunity to participate in OSCON 2013<http://www.oscon.com/oscon2013> with the OpenStack Foundation.  OSCON is the premier open source convention, produced by O'Reilly Media.  It is in Portland, Oregon, USA, July 22-26.  The main conference and exhibit area are on July 24-26.  The attendees are enterprise developers, sys admins and IT decision makers - the world's open source pioneers, builders, and innovators.  There are two Cloud tracks.  OpenStack is a Titanium sponsor and will be celebrating the third birthday of the software at this event.



OSCON is at the top of our list for 2013 and it can be yours, too.  For a minimal investment, your firm can participate and receive the benefits of a much more costly presence.  A short summary is attached.  By Thursday February 21, we'll send a brief prospectus/agreement covering the items included.  We'll accept OpenStack members, corporate sponsors and supporters on a first come, first served basis.  There is a maximum of 8 participating companies.



We're pleased to announce one partner is confirmed and another pending confirmation by the end of this week, which leaves 4-6 spots remaining.   We look forward to your organization's participation!
