[OpenStack Marketing] Metering is no more, welcome Telemetry

A clarification, my understanding is that

- the project is still called ceilometer
- the service in Keystone is now called 'OpenStack Telemetry' rather than 'OpenStack Metering'

Is this right ? Explaining this to the average user is close to impossible if we are not consistent with the names (and is not that easy if we are)
