[OpenInfra Foundation] OpenInfra Foundation Board of Directors Meeting, In-Person, Monday June 12th at 9 AM

Greetings,

The next meeting of the OpenInfra Foundation Board of Directors will be on
Monday, June 12th at 9:00 AM Pacific (Local) time zone.

This is an in-person meeting. We anticipate the formal meeting to run about
two hours, after which the board will shift to informal strategic
discussions. During the formal meeting, we anticipate two formal votes to
take place.

In-person attendance requires an advance RSVP and for the attendee to
present photographic identification. If you are not a board member and have
not been otherwise told you have been RSVP'ed, please reach out as soon as
possible. Space is limited.

Connection information:

The meeting will use Microsoft Teams, due to a constraint of the meeting
space's conferencing system.
