[OpenInfra Foundation] OpenInfra Foundation Board of Directors Meeting - August 2nd 0500 AM UTC

Greetings Foundation members,

Our next OpenInfra Board of Directors meeting is next week on Tuesday,
August 2nd at 0500 AM UTC.  This meeting is being held at 0500 AM UTC
/ 10 PM on August 1st in US Pacific.

The meeting is largely anticipated to be a status update from the
Foundation Staff with some discussion anticipated. At this time, the
only anticipated item requiring a vote is the June 6th meeting
minutes. Dial-in/Video Conferencing details can be found on the
