[OpenStack Foundation] [Foundation Board] bylaws change proposed for multiple Vice Chairs

Allison,

Do we want to take advantage of this change and either say Chair and Vice-Chair or Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson vs Chairman and Vice-Chairman?
