We had a few ties but I went with the first/third Mondays at 19:00 UTC. The patch for the meeting has already been merged (thanks Thierry) and I have updated our wiki page[0] Agendas for the meetings will be available on etherpad[1] and I have created an etherpad to help us to review and change the orginal survey[2].
