Hi everyone,

Based on feedback from this mailing list, review and approval from the Board and final review from our legal counsel, the updated code of conduct is now posted on the website! The new version more explicitly outlines acceptable/unacceptable behavior and provides more transparency around the reporting process.

https://www.openstack.org/legal/community-code-of-conduct/

Please help us maintain an inclusive and welcoming environment by getting familiar with the new code of conduct and response procedures. Unfortunately, we had a few incidents reported around the Austin Summit, and it’s very important we keep the code of conduct and community spirit top of mind as we reconvene in Barcelona. We are very fortunate to work within a diverse, talented and passionate community, and we can help set a good example by treating our fellow community members with respect.

Best,
Lauren
