We don't use phonecalls, fwiw.

But what I was saying is that if people have strong opinions then coming to
the meetings allows those opinions to be heard in the decision process, as
you say.

The meetings are not generally well attended, more voices are definitely
required, especially as the WG moves out of its bootstrap and into
execution.
