Sounds great - happy to get this across the finish line!

We queued up an email to the Foundation Individual Member database, which will be distributed Monday at 7:00 am UTC. The deadline to fill it out will be October 14th at 11:59 pm UTC, and we will deliver results to the working group by October 16th.

If you’d like to help promote the survey, we will also queue up the following tweet from the @openstack handle just after the email goes out:

	#OpenStack Foundation Members: Check your email for a quick survey to help support diversity in our community!

I would encourage you to retweet this message rather than posting the actual survey link publicly, to make sure we are gathering feedback from Foundation members.

It think it would also make sense for the diversity wg leaders to post it on the OpenStack mailing lists once the survey is distributed.
