Monty,
There was nothing subtle in my email to read-in (accusation or otherwise).

 I am simply pointing out that it's worthy to have a forum for
feedback/accountability and to advertise a level of transparency in the
people who are "day-to-day" _managing_ the allocating of valuable resources
that have material impact on the community and contributors. As a
non-profit entity, we are entitled to know that the foundation is
supporting the "community" and not just in-line with those interests who
are funding it or happen to be "linked-in" to it. That is essentially what
differentiates us, outside of specific legal language, from just being an
industry trade organization.
