FYI apparent typo on page 4 ...

"OpenStack Board Members are, however, encouraged to
 represent the interests of the Foundation, refraining from previously unannounced"

Seems like the end of that sentence, was inadvertently chopped.

... refraining from speaking about previously unannounced initiatives/resolutions/
policies/something else?
