[OpenStack Foundation] NYC 3/2 pre-meeting Board

Simon will be at the Bar 10, Westin New York at Times Square from 5pm-6.30pm. I will be arriving JFK at 6:30pm, so I will be around Times Square at 7:30pm+. I'm defaulting to above until I hear different.
