Subject: [Foundation Board] New Individual Director

Last month, Vishvananda Ishaya resigned as an Individual Director on the Board. Under the bylaws, the remaining Individual Directors have the right to appoint another individual to serve out Vish's term for the remainder of 2015. Section 4.2 of the bylaws provides:

"In the case of the death, resignation or removal of any Individual Director (except for removal under Section 4.17), the vacancy may be filled by a majority vote of the remaining Individual Directors.”

Last Thursday during a phone meeting, the Individual Directors selected Shane Wang to fill the open seat. Welcome to the Board, Shane!
