[OpenStack Foundation] Have any members been "retired"?

Now that I see the email, I do remember that going out. Old age, eh?
I am guessing that since the Jan '13 election was the first one, we will
have fewer members next time - if we fail to make quorum this time, it
may be easier in 12 months.
