Hi Jonathan,

I know this is a bit contentious at this point, but would you mind 
explaining the voting system used, please? I thought that you were going 
to use the Condorcet system used in Debian elections as Thierry 
suggested, but the 8 votes to share around as you want has resulted in a 
couple of surprising results.

I will admit that I was disappointed to see one of the candidates I 
voted for finish in the top 7, both in voters and weighted votes, but 
not get elected. Would you mind explaining how that works, please?
