This is not a standards body: we're talking about OpenStack Foundation,
an organization whose bylaws, rules, policies have been discussed openly
for months and whose decisions are subject to scrutiny by large amount
of individuals that care for the success of the project (regardless of
who pays their paycheck).

This would be against the policies, though. The class Individual Members
*elect* their representatives for the board. The Individual Members
(just like Gold Members) can call meetings and agree on items/decisions,
and bring those to the board via their elected Directors.

If there are Individual Directors that stop representing the interest of
the Individual Members that elected them, they should be removed for
breach of code of conduct.
