[Foundation Board] Call for October 4th meeting Agenda Items

Greetings Directors,

Our next board meeting is coming up on October 4th at 1500 UTC. For
those of you in North America, that is 8 AM US Pacific Time.

Please let me know if you have any specific topics which need to be
