[Foundation Board] Proposed times for meeting with projects

Greetings Directors,

Many of the projects have proposed potential times to meet for an hour
in order to build better communication between the board and the
various project's leaders.

Zuul:
- July 26th, 27th, 28th, or August 2nd, 3rd, or 4th at a time friendly
to US-Pacific mornings or Afternoons.

StarlingX:
- August 2nd @ 1300 UTC
- August 3rd @ 1300 UTC
- August 4th @ 1300 UTC - Preferred

OpenStack:
- 1st preference for Wednesday, August 10, 2022 - 20:00-21:00 UTC
- 2nd choice Thursday, August 18, 2022 - 20:00-21:00 UTC
- 3rd option Tuesday, August 16, 2022 - 15:00-16:00 UTC

Kata:
- Tuesday, August 9, 2022 - 07:00 - 08:00 UTC
- Wednesday, August 10, 2022 - 12:00 - 13:00 UTC
- Tuesday, August 16, 2022 - 15:00 - 16:00 UTC

That being said, there are many different time windows to choose from.
I suspect these times below might work out well and if there are no
objections or other times proposed, then I think we can

StarlingX on August 4th at 13:00 UTC.
Zuul also on August 4th, but at 16:00 UTC.
OpenStack on August 10th, at 20:00 UTC
Kata on August 15th, at 15:00 UTC.

Would those times work for everyone interested?
